My approach is rooted in somatics, a powerful technique that helps you understand the connection between your body and mind. This can be particularly transformative for those with trauma histories or who haven't responded well to traditional CBT.

All sessions are securely conducted online, so you can join from the comfort of your own home. I always encourage treating your session like a little act of self-care: get comfy, pour yourself a drink, light a candle if you want, and maybe have a pen and paper nearby. This is your time.
